The VNA is seeking a Nurse Educator for our Home Health division to provide clinical expertise and serve as a role model and consultant to Home Health staff in the area of clinical skills. This position will function as a collaborative partner to foster the delivery of high quality patient care by promoting staff professional growth, and supporting the development of staff. This position provides regulatory and clinical training activities including OASIS training and establishes an on-boarding infrastructure.
