The coordinator is a support role within a very active Community Health, Education and Wellness program providing coordination for VNA’s community health initiatives including: a mobile health clinic; vaccine and health screening clinics; Together for Health group; Positive Change Program, and other programs and projects, as assigned. The primary focus is to work directly with the Director of Community Health, Education and Wellness to ensure efficient operations including, but not limited to, community outreach, scheduling, meeting minutes, administrative duties, and data entry and analysis. Incorporate and demonstrate VNA’s core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence at work and whenever representing the VNA.
