The VNA is seeking an RN to work with our Indian River County Home Health division. In accordance with regulatory requirements and the mission and vision of the VNA of the Treasure Coast, the Registered Nurse is responsible for patient assessment and delivery of physician directed skilled care and education in the home setting. The Visiting Nurse Association is seeking a Registered Nurse to work for VNA Private Care. This position will serve as an integral part of the VNA Interdisciplinary Care Team. Will assess in coordination with other members of the team to create a service plan for CNA/HHA or Companion Care. Coordinates and collaborates with all service lines as appropriate for client care.
