In accordance with regulatory requirements and the mission and vision of the VNA of the Treasure Coast, the Registered Nurse is responsible for patient assessment and delivery of physician directed skilled care and education in the home setting. This position description is applicable for registered nurses whose primary role is to admit patients to home health and/or completion of assigned subsequent visits.

The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast is seeking an Admisions RN to work with Hospice. Join our compassionate, dedicated Admissions team in bringing comfort, caring and relief to patients and their families. Must be currently licensed as an RN in the state of Florida. Hospice experience is strongly preferred but applicants with two years recent acute care experience will be considered.

As a VNA associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team providing compassionate, high quality care to patients and their families at end of life in a variety of settings that includes private homes, hospitals and nursing facilities.
