This position will be responsible for the coordination and management of clinical education for the home health program to ensure quality and patient satisfaction for all patients and their families. This position is responsible for the Education of the Home Health associates including the orientation process and ongoing educational needs . Coordinates Education activities with the Patient Care Managers. Works in collaboration with the Patient Care Managers to provide education to staff members as needed.
