The Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that require thorough knowledge of the organization’s programs, practices, policies and procedures. Provides administrative assistance to the President/CEO routinely and to other members of the Servant Leadership Team as needed and directed by the President/CEO. Reports to the Chief of Staff and the President/CEO.
Performs administrative, reception, clerical support other duties as assigned. Works with the Chief of Staff to support the Board of Directors and the Board Committees for the VNA of the Treasure Coast excluding the VNA Foundation Board and Foundation Board Committees.
