The VNA is seeking a full time RN to work in our Indian River County Home Health division. This position will oversee patient case load while coordinating all patient services with members of interdisciplinary team. This position will perform initial patient evaluation assessment to identify nursing diagnosis and treatment of care in order to meet the needs of the patient. The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast is seeking an Admissions RN to assume responsibility for the admission of new patients to home health including the completion of a comprehensive, development of a plan of care that encompasses physician directed and discipline specific care interventions. The VNA is seeking a full time Weekend RN to work with our Indian River County Home Health division. In accordance with regulatory requirements and the mission and vision of the VNA of the Treasure Coast, the Registered Nurse is responsible for patient assessment and delivery of physician directed skilled care and education in the home setting. This position description is applicable for registered nurses whose primary role is to admit patients to home health and/or completion of assigned subsequent visits.
The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast is seeking a Per Diem RN to work in our Hospice House - overnight shift. Situated on a 4.2-acre secluded site, the Hospice House is surrounded by lush foliage, a pond with waterfall, a gazebo and numerous meditation areas. The VNA Hospice House, a unique blend of beauty and function, is the only in-patient hospice facility in Indian River County, for those facing life-limiting illnesses. Each of the 12 private bedrooms is completely handicapped accessible and has a private bath, sleeping accommodations for overnight family visitors, and screened patio with doors wide enough to allow bed access. Flexible shifts days or nights available. Must be currently licensed as an RN in the state of Florida. Must have at least two years acute care or Hospice experience.
